Birdwatching with Jim Wilson

Jim Wilson, BirdWatch Ireland member and all-round bird expert, will lead a three-part birdwatching course for beginners over the next few months. Jim co-wrote several bird books for us: Shorebirds of Ireland and Freshwater Birds of Ireland (with Mark Carmody) and Ireland's Garden Birds (with Oran O'Sullivan), leads groups all over the country and contributes regularly to the Mooney show on RTÉ Radio 1. The course is free of charge but is limited to fifteen people (over 16 years of age) and you must be a member of BirdWatch Ireland. Meet at 2.30 p.m. in the car park at BirdWatch Ireland, Cuskinny Marsh Nature Reserve, Cobh, County Cork, on the following dates:
