We're hiring!

We're looking for a part-time (3 days per week) Accounts Assistant/Office Administrator - could that be you?

Working within a team environment, the successful candidate will be a self-starter, organised, flexible and with previous accounts experience.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Processing purchase and supplier invoices, matching to purchase orders/quotations, and resolving issues arising
  • Reconciling monthly statements
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Filing and archiving
  • Liaising with sales and customers, order processing, responding to queries/complaints
  • Various administrative tasks, daily post
  • Ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Salary commensurate with skills and experience
