We're looking for a part-time (3 days per week) Accounts Assistant/Office Administrator - could that be you?
Working within a team environment, the successful candidate will be a self-starter, organised, flexible and with previous accounts experience.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to, the following:
- Processing purchase and supplier invoices, matching to purchase orders/quotations, and resolving issues arising
- Reconciling monthly statements
- Bank reconciliations
- Filing and archiving
- Liaising with sales and customers, order processing, responding to queries/complaints
- Various administrative tasks, daily post
- Ad hoc tasks as and when required.
