The launch of Dingle Dinners will be a tasty affair! The book of recipes from the chefs of Ireland's #1 foodie town will be launched as part of the Dingle Food Festival on Friday 29 September at 7 p.m. It's on in the Dingle Whiskey Distillery and all are welcome.
Compiled and edited by Trevis L. Gleason, the book has a foreword by Neven Maguire, Ireland's favourite chef, and features three-course dinners for six as well as cocktail suggestions. Our guest speaker will be the No Salt Chef - Brian McDermott.
Then on Sunday 1 October, Trevis will be in the Dingle Bookshop from 1 p.m. demonstrating his delicious recipe for sweet potato and three mustard colcannon. Yum!
